We had a water leak from the upstairs Patio into the dining area. Turned out the patio flooring had several cracks and had not been checked for several years. It required a full reconstruction. We hired a French firm to fix this, but after 2 weeks little had been achieved and they wanted to charge extra to repair the dining room ceiling. Through a contact, I got touch with Matt who quoted less than the other guys and his team started the following week. Completely fixed in 7 days. including the redecorate. Matt Cocozza renovated my villa completely in 2012. The walls were plastered and all floors, bathrooms, showers and toilets were done. There is not a single cut in the 200 Square meters of tiling that he did. Everything was done perfectly. His plastering is equally as impressive.
